Learn to use our user-friendly software for modeling biological networks. Bring your laptop and a diagram of your favorite signaling pathway.

Before the workshop, install Netflux (PC or Mac) using the directions: https://github.com/saucermanlab/Netflux

Come away with a basic understanding of how to model biological networks and a working predictive model of your pathway! To see current research using Netflux to model biological networks, come to Dr. Saucerman’s seminar 4/29 at 10am in ESB 2001.
